Performance by El Gamma Penumbra at the Asia LEDS Forum 2013

Published on Oct 15, 2013 A "shadow play" by theatre group El Gamma Penumbra on low-emission development at the second annual Asia Low Emission Development Strategies (LEDS) Forum in Manila, Philippines on October 1, 2013. The Philippines Climate Change Commission sponsored the performance as part of a welcome reception on the opening day of the forum.
